This Privacy Policy describes how My Peachy Books ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Infinite Groove LLC, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our accounting and business management platform at mypeachybooks.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you register, we collect your name and email address. This information is used to create and manage your account.

Business Information. You provide business details when setting up a business profile, including business name, tax ID, address, phone number, and other business-specific settings.

User-Created Data. The Service stores the accounting and business data you enter, including:

  • Customers and vendors (names, addresses, contact information)
  • Invoices, estimates, orders, and purchase orders
  • Financial transactions, journal entries, and account balances
  • Products, services, and inventory records
  • Team member profiles and role assignments
  • Attached documents and uploaded files

Subscription and Billing Information. We collect information about your subscription plan and billing status. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (see Section 4).

Usage Data. We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and error logs, to improve platform reliability and performance.

Device and Technical Information. We may collect browser type, IP address, operating system, and similar technical data to operate and secure the Service.

2. Authentication

My Peachy Books uses third-party authentication to verify your identity securely.

Google Sign-In. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google profile identifier from Google. We do not receive your Google password. The information received is used solely to create or identify your My Peachy Books account.

Email Authentication. If email/password authentication is supported, passwords are never stored in plain text. They are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic methods.

Authentication sessions are managed securely and expire after periods of inactivity.

3. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • We do not store complete credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank account numbers on our servers.
  • We receive and store a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing cycle information to manage your account access.

4. Business Data

All accounting records, financial transactions, contacts, customer and vendor data, inventory records, and documents you store in My Peachy Books are your data. We process this data only as necessary to operate the Service.

Data Isolation. Each business workspace is isolated. Users can only access the businesses they have been explicitly granted access to by a subscription owner or administrator.

File Uploads. Documents and images uploaded to the Service are stored securely and associated with your business account. They are not shared with other businesses or users.

5. Team Member Access

Subscription owners may invite team members to access one or more business workspaces within their subscription.

  • Team members are assigned roles (Owner, Admin, Manager, Accountant, Sales Rep, Staff, Auditor) that control what data they can view and edit.
  • Team members can only access businesses they have been specifically assigned to.
  • Data from one business workspace is not accessible to users of another business workspace.
  • Subscription owners can remove team members and revoke access at any time.

  • Authentication protections — secure session management and third-party authentication
  • Encryption in transit — all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
